Cancellation Policy

**Rainy Day Cancellation:**

We plan to ride rain or shine. In the event we cancel a ride due to conditions we feel are unsafe for our trails, horses or guests; the ride will be rescheduled, or a refund may be issued if a reschedule can not be made. Please be aware that cancellation notice may be made the morning of your ride. Booking fee will be refunded in the event that we cancel the ride. If you cancel, the booking fee will not be returned.

**No Shows:**

No refund will be issued. This includes missing your ride due to being late and we were unable to hold the ride for you or missing your ride because you went to the incorrect location. Booking fee will not be refunded.

**Rescheduling/Cancellation:**

All requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled ride time. We will do our best to meet the request. All cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled ride time with good reason for a refund to be given. Booking fee will not be refunded.
